Poor Emma! She was spayed yesterday and because she keeps trying to lick her stitches we had to put her in the protective collar. Now, since my kids have seen UP about a million times, the only name they call it is "the cone of shame". Everytime they see her, they say "Poor Emma, stuck in the cone of shame".
I really hate that we have to put her in it, but everytime I take it off, she goes right to lick her stitches. Poor Emmy! It's going to be a long 7 days for her.
